Wendy, the service manager, was very good: friendly and helpful. The delivery, however, was mediocre and severely lacking. After an initial quick analysis and fix of a leaking roof, it took a long time and several reminder phone calls from my end to get them to finish the job. They then forgot twice to replace some broken tiles, and when they did, they didn't use the proper replacement tiles, leaving an eyesore instead (see photo). I am late writing my review. My apologies to the people of Altec Roofing, specifically Ramon. I needed 3 quotes on a flat roof replacement in North Palm Beach, Fl. This was October of '25. Due to personal reasons, I could not get the roof replaced until January '26. Out of the 3 different companies Ramon was the ONLY person to follow up after the initial quote.
