I recently had the pleasure of working with Alte Exteriors in Morris County, and I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the results! Alte exteriors is the worst ever service I saw in my experience. I bought a home for which the roof was replaced by alte exteriors 5 year ago. On the housewarming day of my house the roof started pouring. I got an appointment from alte exteriors but their service member Dan could not figure out the problem. He made some fixes using some adhessives but by the next rain again it started pouring. After that howmany ever times I call these guys I never get appointment. This company is useless. My roof had a tarp on it for a little over a year. I had about 5 roofers come take a look some where to high, some didn't seem like they care to do the job, some wanted to push a high credit on me which I couldn't do. it wasn't until I talked with Dan that I got that feeling of someone you could trust with your home. he explained the job process easily for me to understand and what would be done for clean up. when ever I had a question or concern he was only an email or call away. he answered quickly which put me at ease. We are very pleased with our new roof. From proposal, old roof removal, new roof installation, answering all of our questions along the way and clean up, the Alte Exteriors team did an excellent job. Their attention to details and follow through made this project go smoothly and it was a very positive experience.
