Communication was great. The tech, Avery, was just a damn delight, super helpful, and checked in multiple times. I highly recommend.
This team was FABULOUS! Avery was so accommodating and so sensitive to detail. Making sure I was comfortable throughout this experience. Karen was there to answer any questions or concerns & called to check up on me. They are truly an exceptional team!!
I had a wonderful experience with ALT Diagnostics! My Technician Avery was so friendly, respectful, professional, and very attentive. He did a great job of checking on me during my 72 hour EEG, and was willing to adjust his schedule to accommodate me. He was very thorough in explaining the equipment, and was very patient and relaxed, so that I felt at ease as well. I highly recommend your services.
I’ve had the best experience as a patient getting my EEGs through ALT Diagnostics. Avery is awesome at what he does. I was shocked at how comfortable my 3 day EEG was because he took such care in making it so. In medical environments that could otherwise feel stressful, his demeanor always makes me feel at ease.
