Arrived early this morning, minimal wait, check in & out was quick, techs were knowledgeable and gentle, and Dr. Dittman was great as always.
From the receptionists, to their techs, to their doctors...everyone is caring and helpful...the wait time whether with or without an appointment is kept to a minimal as best that they can...and I always feel I have the doctor’s full attention...I never have felt like they’re in a rush to get to the next pet...and if I happen to request a particular doctor, the front staff always does their best to accommodate that request if possible...I truly love and appreciate everyone at Altas Palmas Animal Clinic!🐾🐶🐈♥️🐕🐾
Dr. Dittman and staff are amazing!
I’ve been bringing my reptiles to Dr. Dittman since the early 1980’s. I simply wouldn’t take them to anybody else. Here I know they’ll have only the best. Always! ❤️❤️❤️
Very professional staff! My puppy fell into the resaca and no one in Brownsville would take her in unless I had an appointment. So I started calling vets in Harlingen and thank god that Altas Palmas Vet clinic takes in emergencies without an appointment. With knowing that I knew they cared so much about animals because everywhere else I needed an appointment for an emergency. I went in at 8am and as soon as I walked in they started working on Roxy. Everyone was so nice and caring. Moved from Dallas last year and took my babies to Dallas recently to go to their vet. Glad I have found my vet in the RGV.
Clinic closed today from 2-4pm. Took dog in this morning for bath and dip, at 8:30 am. Was not informed of the closure. Went at 2:30 to get dog, closed. Called emergency number, still no response. Had plans to leave out of town at 3. Now have to wait. If you’re going to be closed, inform your clients when they come in. Bad business. Front of house staff very impersonal, almost rude.
