Found my dress here over the weekend! I had a decent budget but also didn't want to spend a ton! I started in their discontinued dress that are sold "as is" from the rack. Since my wedding is about 6 months away I knew that would be a good option since ordering a gown can take up to 6 months! The lady helping me was super sweet, I think her name was Andrea. LADIES - Save your time, sanity, and money and do yourself a favor... DO NOT buy your wedding dress through Altar Bound Bridal. Customer service was terrible and the owner has no class and loves to hang up on her customers. The young ladies working the front were very sweet and hard working, however the management and alterations team were unprofessional. So far so good- We ordered a wedding gown last week and selected bridesmaids dresses. They no longer offer alterations which requires another step, but their selection is good and their staff is very helpful (and low key).

Brides Beware!!! While I did not purchase my dress at Altar Bound I did have my alterations done here. I thought it would be ok because they sell Allure dresses (which is what I purchased) and have worked on them before. I wanted custom beaded sleeves made to be attached to the dress. I had to pay almost $300 just in the material to make the sleeves which turned out awful! It looked so "costumey" and they ruined my wedding dress. I would have only had great things to say about Altar Bound up until it came time for my dress alterations. I am originally from Dayton, OH but moved to NYC in the beginning of the year. Because of the great things I had heard about Altar bound and seeing them at bridal expos I still decided to get my wedding dress in Dayton at Altar Bound.
