I cannot describe how excellent level of care is that I receive here. Everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic. I am forever grateful for my therapist, Mary, and Catie, my PA. I would not be able to excel in life, much less function, without the care they have provided me. The receptionists are also always welcoming when I come in. They got served a subpoena months ago for paperwork and neglected to send it in and neglected reach out about a $13 charge to send the paperwork. This gross amount of unprofessionalism is astounding. Extremely disappointed. Clearly all they care about is money

Have been going to Alta Pointe Health -Fairhope for a few years now, and I have to say everyone there is a true pleasure to be around, from front desk personnel, who are always there with a smile and maybe a quick joke or two, to Crystal, the nurse, Who I only recently just met, but was very sweet with kind words of encouragement, and Catie, my wonderful PA, Who is always there with a smile and calming demeanor, and is always happy to answer any question I have even if not related to why I’m there.
