I cannot describe how excellent level of care is that I receive here. Everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic. I am forever grateful for my therapist, Mary, and Catie, my PA. They got served a subpoena months ago for paperwork and neglected to send it in and neglected reach out about a $13 charge to send the paperwork. This gross amount of unprofessionalism is astounding. Extremely disappointed. Clearly all they care about is money
