This place saved my life, especially when I worked with Anne and John. Both are caring and very knowledgeable about their craft. They do have some serious and out-right strange policies to where making an appointment can sometimes be next to impossible.
Love my doctors and staff but a $200.00 cancellation fee is RIDICULOUS and unnecessary.
After Dr Wilson left my care was handed to Dr Cronin who decided to not fill out paperwork that was necessary for me to receive benefits and pay from my current job. Left me without any options just refused to do his job and left me (who is 2 months pregnant) without a way to receive pay and without a doctor because I’m no longer using this clinic. They literally saved my life.. I'm extremely bipolar with multiple suicide attempts. When they put me on the A.C.T. team that's when I started coming back. Thank you Altapoint!
I would rate Altapointe higher if not for a few things. First, the good. Dr. Wilson (who has since left) has been life changing for me. Amazing doctor and highly competent. What's not so great? Their scheduling process. I had an appointment on me canceled that I didn't even get informed about. I called to confirm it after getting my time off at work approved and it was gone due to a provider being out. Why no phone call? Another issue is billing.
