If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible place to get care but the only one available for Medicaid. I had to wait over an hour an a half past my appointment time to be seen. They don't care either. They won't tell you what's going on or why you are waiting that long. If you go here make sure you have more than 2-3 hours for your appointment because you will never be seen at your appointment time.
Gross amount of unprofessionalism, extremely disappointed. They dont care at all, just want your money
This place saved my life, especially when I worked with Anne and John. Both are caring and very knowledgeable about their craft. They do have some serious and out-right strange policies to where making an appointment can sometimes be next to impossible.
Love my doctors and staff but a $200.00 cancellation fee is RIDICULOUS and unnecessary.
After Dr Wilson left my care was handed to Dr Cronin who decided to not fill out paperwork that was necessary for me to receive benefits and pay from my current job. Left me without any options just refused to do his job and left me (who is 2 months pregnant) without a way to receive pay and without a doctor because I’m no longer using this clinic.
