Most of the 5 star ratings on here are from employees. How convenient. Check Yelp. Ever since the "Bill Pay" change, it has been an uphill struggle dealing with them. Fraud on my credit card almost a month ago. Still haven't recieved my new card. Still haven't got my fraudulant charges reversed. Now my messages are being ignored. Already switched my primary banking to another institution. Only keep my credit card there because it's my oldest tradeline. What should have taken maybe 5 minutes took 30. This place is always very slow with customer service.
This is the best branch in town the customer service is Awesome and they will greet you with open arms..
This is the worst branch the customer service is not what I expected. I took my son in once to open account wasn't greeted at all 3 was there at the sign in desk didn't say hi can I help you at all just in there own world talking. This other young man came up and help us. And the teller machines always down work on your employee customers greeting them
