I just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get help to set up online banking and bill pay and the representative I spoke with was not at all helpful! Worst banking experience I could have ever imagined.

What should have taken maybe 5 minutes took 30. This place is always very slow with customer service.
This is the worst branch the customer service is not what I expected. I took my son in once to open account wasn't greeted at all 3 was there at the sign in desk didn't say hi can I help you at all just in there own world talking. This other young man came up and help us. And the teller machines always down work on your employee customers greeting them
You guys are pretty easy to deal with but the one thing I always complain about is how long it takes to do a transaction, especially in the drive up. I'm seriously just trying to make a car payment and just now got to the window, half an hour later. There was only one car in front of me. This isn't the first time either. You really need to improve I this area amongst others.
