I've been banking with the Bakersfield branch (Ming Avenue) for about a year now and have had no problems at all. I love the option to get free checks and the fact that banking is totally free. The mobile app is also great and I like bring able to deposit checks via the app, rather than having to use the ATM or in person in the branch. Having Saturday hours is great, too.
They used to be great. Been with them 15 years, but have been having a bunch of check are issues lately. Was on vacation. Told them I'd be out of state, but they cut off my card anyway. They supposedly fixed it, but than lost my PIN number. Now today I just got a replacement card in the mail, but I didn't order one. I've had no calls or emails from them about why any of this happened.
The entire crew there are the best... especially johanna..
Love Alta One.they are friendly, curtious, fast, great. We all need one in Lancaster, Ca. They go out if there way to help anyone in need
