We enjoy spending time at the Grove Arcade, relaxing just walking around shopping with a great cup of coffee in tow. The boutiques are neat , several have local artisans who make jewelry, pottery , glassware, and more than I can list. We like all the food places we have eaten at in the Grove Arcade, we specifically like the menu selection availability especially if we have our grandchildren with us. I've had my business in the Grove Arcade for 11 years. Altamus is the management group. They're always swift to respond and accommodating to my needs. They've made vast improvements to the building that only add to the success & aesthetics of Asheville's most beloved historic buildings. There's a sense of real community in the building between the business's, residents and management. I'm grateful to be a part of the Grove Arcade community!
I have been renting at Haywood Village Apartments for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! I have had zero issues with management and my maintenance requests are always resolved very quickly. They are responsive, communicative, and take great measures to keep the complex clean and safe. Me and my partner are very happy here!
Altamus has given me an amazing experience as a resident. I have received prompt responses on maintenance and office request. The apartments are very clean and spacious as well as the common area and dog park!
