When my daughter was 2 weeks old the person didn’t use any lube when using a thermometer on my baby. They also gave me dirty looks for breastfeeding in a private room

Terrible office! Every time a make an appointment with specific doctor they change it on me without telling me a head of time. I can see a last minute sick visit but find it unacceptable for physicals made weeks in advance. I refuse to see Dr Harris and wanted that noted on my chart and I still get scheduled with him??? Recommendedbest pediatrician ever is dr brain Harris. he don't just care for his patients he loves them . I drive 2 hours away to go to this office because I no my children are getting the best care not just with Dr Harris but with all of them. I'm forever greatful for this office...
First and foremost, Dr. Sovens assistant Myra is amazing. She turned a bad situation into a good one and I thank her so much. As for the front office staff, not so much. There was a mix up in my sons insurance and no one decided to tell me until 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment. They claim they called but no voicemail was left. I dont know about everyone else, but I can’t answer my phone at work and with no message there’s no knowledge of the error. Get better doctors! The female doctor should be ashamed of the way she treats kids!
They were awesome in the beginning. However. lately when I call, I only call to get hung up on.
I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. The level of professionalism, knowledge and caring has been nothing but the best. Dr. Candelori, Dr. Harris and Kerie nurse practitioner are the best. I have 3 daughters and can't imagine anyone else providing healthcare needs for them. Kudos to these three. Love you guys.
