I feel like only people with bad exp. leave reviews, so I felt I had to share. These apartments are so affordable, especially being right in the center of Altamonte, not to mention never once did I have to worry about my safety / sec. living here. My neighbors were friendly, and my experiences at the office were always great, and the one issue that i had at my apartment the entire year being there was taken care of same day. Maintenance is always kept up on the pools and they even helped me jump my car which I mega appreciat... read more
I just spoke with someone who was very rude over the phone. She actually hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Update: 5/10/19 If you're really sorry, I hope you hired someone who knows how to treat customers and all callers with respect.
