First off, the nurse practitioners Lynn and Cindy are excellent. What is not excellent is that, because the office is severely understaffed, you often can’t see them if you are sick. The average wait time is about a month. This month , I had to see two Quick Care facilities because my PCP couldn’t see me. That cost me $80 out of pocket. BTW, I have United Healthcare and my actual PCP is Dr. Krupitsky. I’ve never seen him and was told I’d have to meet with him for free to find out how much it would cost to have him be my doct... read more
