Bianca was amazing. She answered all my questions. She was patient with me. The property is amazing. I will be leasing from them when my lease is up.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. The leasing and management team (Bianca, Rachel and someone with a K) are completely unprofessional and clearly incapable of handling basic communication. I emailed to withdraw my application over a month before move-in and never heard a word back — not until the day before my scheduled move-in date.
