Tempting, but Stay Away! – I lived at Altamont Summit for years and was initially attracted by the beauty of the property, the scenic views and the forced air. Over the years, I watched as the clientele changed, now attracting young adults who partake in illegal drugs, instead of responsible tenants who take responsibility for their actions. Horrible Manager Cristina – I have lived in this apartment for some time. Let me firsts say that I love the location and I've been 60% happy with my experience living in this apartment complex. Only on the surface, could it be considered "luxury" though. Once you have have lived here long enough to notice and experience the poor construction, paper thin walls and completly condescending office staff, you will be greatly dissapointed. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. – Seriously, the "management company" may come across as really sweet and understanding and helpful, it's a lie. They want your money. That is all. We were perfect tenants, never late on rent, when we moved out we cleaned it up and down. They will FIND A REASON to take your money. It will most likely be a reason that doesn't make any sense. We had several maintenance concerns during our lease that maintenance never showed up for.
