Horrible place to live One of the worst living experiences i've ever had. The landlord does not communicate anything with tenants and is extremely unprofessional and rude. Over the course of 2 years, my family dealt with a leaking toilet that leaked through the floor onto our couch in the living room, black mold that WE were forced to remove by ourselves, and an overall dirty apartment. Altamont Oaks If your looking to get out of the city but not to far out This would be perfect for you. you have Stewart right down the street with a 24hr laundry facility right down the road as well, and while you are waiting you can walk right around the building and there is a pizza place subway, and a Chinese take out. during the summer when the fair comes to town it just a short walk to the grounds. as well as a short walk to the park for summer concerts and the farmers market.

Altamont oaks apartments I Live in a small town of Altamont NY, also know as the town of old people. The apartment complex is OK the rent is getting higher and higher each yr. the complex is small but it is a good small you get to know everyone and help each other out and if u need something fixed they take care of it asap . The only down side is that you have to drive 20 mins to the next tow where everything is for work and shopping and what not but in the end t is worth it
