Very nice people. I was able to pay my storage over the phone every month. Do to health issues. Was very prompt about refunding my deposit. I would definitely use altamont storage again if needed. I was accidentally late once and Loren didnt charge me a late charge.
I Highly recommend Altamont Storage. The units are clean the prices are Great and the people are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5+ star Business

Altamont Mini Storage is the First One To Call for Storage, whether you're renting a storage unit or need to park a truck, car, trailer or boat. Easy access near the bypass at Altamont Drive in Klamath Falls. I've rented a unit here for years, stored cars too. Pricing is reasonable. Service is excellent at the office with friendly folks. Safe, secure, clean, access by code as you drive up for convenience. I trust Altamont Mini Storage!
