I stored my camper with them, they are very polite and accommodating. I had trouble getting my camper in my spot so they put me in a better spot. I would definitely rent with them again when I get another camper!

I had a unit at Altamont Mini Storage for about 4 years and i genuinely could not think a single complaint. Prices are more than reasonable. The one time they did increase them (which was by like $2), they gave kind, clear and direct communication about the increases with more than enough notice. Property is always clean. Security system is great, even the other tenants are mindful and cautious about letting people in. Access hours are convenient, 7a-9p, 7 days/wk. And lastly, the staff is out of this world! Great experience. Very military friendly. Signing up was easy and they were very accommodating for a short notice move. Clean and secure storage. Only thing that I wish they had was 24 hr gate access, but it never became an issue for us.
