Although the PSWs tried, they are extremely overworked and underpaid. There are too many residents with no staff. The food was disgusting. Numerous items were stolen. When asked about these items, the response was always "I don't know". I tried for almost 2 years to have my companion moved. I placed numerous concerns. They went unheard, or just didn't care. I feel sorry for the poor souls still there. He ended up with pneumonia and finally passed. The months he spent in this place were hell.
I was recently visiting a friend here & found the staff to be Very friendly & caring. Also very helpful! Rooms very spacious & lovely grounds! I would definitely recommend! ☺️
Came in for some questions and Tanya at the front desk was super friendly and when interrupted by residents she was ever so kind to them. Thank you tanya for being so welcoming.
