Be careful when you move in make sure you have everything in writing and copies that you keep because they will bill you for things that not your fault when you move out and you can't prove it you have no choice but paid. Our vehicle was damaged in there parking lot it cost us $500 to fix it they did not pay any of it. same with my neighbor a dead tree limb fell on her car they didnt gave her a dime to fix her car.
