Do not trust Altamed with your insurance. I was given incorrect information from their insurance advisor, which has caused my insurance to be cancelled (ie, I have not been able to see a doctor or ER and I've had injuries) and now have been told by insurance I have a huge bill to pay or be permanently cancelled. Moreover, when I reached out to the original worker on this, she ghosted me. Hoy fui a cuidado de la mujer .La Ginecóloga parecía como si tuviera prisa por salir.Nunca me pregunto si tenía alguna duda .Le hice 3 preguntas y ella solo dijo si necesita ayuda con eso tiene que hacer otra cita.La peor experiencia que he tenido en esta clinica.Definitivamente buscando otra clínica donde atiendan mis necesidades.

About a month ago, I was in a lot of pain and went into urgent care. I was quickly given a next-day appointment with Dr. Julio Espinosa, and I’m so grateful for that. He treated my Bartholin cyst, which had caused me 48 hours of discomfort, and explained every step of the procedure with such patience and care.
