very rude staff. the girls on the first floor that handle the appointments are very unprofessional. they need better training on being professional.
I go there, wait 10 mins, tell them what my concerns are, they send me to the lab, or set up the right doctors for me and that's it. The two facilities I go to are 2661 washington BL in Pasadena and other on del mar are very clean and professional. If you go there with a bad attitude which I've seen, you'll likely get what you give. They are a service, not the answer to you insurance issues or other issues.
Just called Alta med to get a referral to someone’s whose qualified and instead she refused to talk refused to listen was extremely combative and now I’ll be reporting you to the medical board for lack of care and she also refused to let me speak to anyone a supervisor her name nothing. However my calls are recorded for days like this and unprofessionalism regarding the safety and well-being of my care.
