I tried calling plenty of times and they don't pick up. I finally got them to answer but then they clicked. Worst place ever, ee's here don't like to do their job.

Terrible Experience at the Clinic – Avoid If Possible! I recently visited this clinic and was shocked by the terrible treatment I received. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for an earlier appointment because I needed to be referred for surgery, the receptionist told me the soonest available was after a month—with absolutely no empathy or willingness to help. Since this clinic was sold to AltaMed Medical about a year ago, the quality of care and service has gone completely downhill. The front desk staff (reception) are consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There is no respect for patients’ time, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of care or empathy. Appointments are poorly managed, waiting times are unreasonable, and simple questions are met with attitude instead of help.
