Since this clinic was sold to AltaMed Medical about a year ago, the quality of care and service has gone completely downhill. The front desk staff (reception) are consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There is no respect for patients’ time, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of care or empathy.
