First and last time here. Only one nice receptionist. The other one has attitude and ignores people even when there is a line to the door. Lazy people. Waste of time.

This place is the absolute worst AltaMed I have ever been to. I made an appointment that took almost 2 months to make when I got there, I was signed in and not told that there would be a delay. I had to sit there and wait an hour and 20 minutes until I finally got up and asked how much longer it would be and they said the doctor was running another hour behind schedule. I cant speak on the office itself But when I called to make an appointment for my daughter GISELLE was AMAZING honestly she was patient kind and so helpful im so sad I couldn't leave a review on her services after the call ended, not only did she do her job perfect she made me feel very comfortable made talking to her feel easy as I have anxiety talking to ppl in general so thank you Giselle you were wonderful and deserve a raise
I had an appointment for a physical today they all seemed very nice but the doctor all she focused on was my mental health and not my physical health she didn’t even do the physical she just asked questions the whole time and checked my lungs she never asked about any physical pain or problems the the whole time she was trying to convince me to go on medication for my anxiety and depression after i already told her no thanks.
