Update: Security Director and Altamed director contacted me and fixed the issue right away. Im glad they had a quick response. *update* I finally spoke with someone at the clinic who stated they don’t care about google reviews. They will not or are refusing to update my medical records. Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. From the front desk to the medical staff, there was a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment—half undressed, with nothing but a paper sheet to cover myself.
