I don’t understand why this place is rated so low. Visited today, as a foreigner without any insurance, (and I didn’t even understand how the US medical system works) the front desk staff, nurses and doctors were so nice and helpful! Really appreciate their help

First off parking is very bad. Second drs office very small. Third we waited 2 hours for my grandson to be seen. Reason they had to straighten tgings out with tge ins for his primary care. That should of been done days before his visit! Staff is friendly but wait was ridiculous!
