Avoid all AltaMed places if possible!!!! Their service sucks. You can never get thru someone at the location. They route you to the call center and the people at the call center don’t understand half of the things you tell them. Their communication between call center and office is horrible. Ive never experienced such horrible service with a provider especially when you’re pregnant and it’s your 1st pregnancy and you cant get thru to anyone besides the stupid call center.
