If you are a patient I do not recommend signing up with Altamed and if you are a physician I recommend against it as well. You hear this from a physician that worked there before. It’s not good .
I'm being charge every time I go to clinic ...with a health care provider. Even though I have insurance But they send me emails...but no envelopes to my house about the charges .. . Now it's in collections system
Horrible Company to work for! Managers are able to make outrageous statements to you and HR doesn’t find it concerning. Your Center expects you to perform with the horrible training that was Issued, and doesn’t give you the necessary tools …phone, desk, computer. If you have a problem, or concern all I ever heard was “ make a ticket “ . “Be patient” ,”be flexible “ .
Worst care that I’ve ever received. It’s really disappointing that my doctor doesn’t share the same concerns that I do regarding my medical care. I have zero trust in the the doctors at Alta Med and as soon as I’m able, I’m changing my PCP & leaving AltaMed.
