We booked a U-HAUL truck at ALTAMA storage. The truck was booked for 12:15 we came late 12:50 The manager already left for lunch with a sign on the door “out for lunch back 2:20” Lunch for hour and a half. I would appreciate a phone call letting me know. 😤

I’m super upset with Altama storage today is January 27th ,2024 I would never go here to begin with 1st of all my mom has been with the company for years to keep her belongings in storage after moving out of her house they are extremely the worst company ever IN Brunswick Georgia if this had zero stars that’s what I would give them for you all to not have cameras and to let anybody break in every storage unit is so unacceptable and for you not to have cameras covering the unit is very scary my mother.
