I had an appointment on Friday while in a manic period and he accused me of lying about my diagnosis, shamed me for not having more frequent appointments which is his belief for why i must of been suicidal, he asked me about how a medication that he's never prescribed to me was working. At one point he had to confirm who he was talking to. The following Monday, he asked about how another med was working, that he 'd not prescribed to me. Everyone has a bad experience somewhere. I am not one to complain but Id find better mental health care from a proctologist. There are so many better psychiatrists that listen to you and don't get you confused with other patients on telephone encounters that he doesn't even show up for half the time.
A really nice doctor,care about the patient,ask every detail and give you the right medicine for the treatment, also the office staff are very frienfly and helpfull, thanks for all yours!
We canceled before we started due to an incredibly rude woman who answers the phone. Took a month for them to call us back and when they did , then they say call on Wednesday as our appt clerk isn’t in. Every time I call ,no one knows anything about his case and I repeat the details each time. At least four calls before any reply. Wait two weeks while we determine if we want to see you.
