Altadena Nails is now re- opened after the Eaton fires. I’m so happy to see the business survive after such tragedy. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 5 years and the customer service is still top tier. This place is always clean. They do such a great job on my nails. I believe they take walk ins. However , It’s best to call and make an appointment because they can be busy.

So happy to see my favorite nail salon back. They treat you like neighbors. Jesse is always so accommodating, sweet, kind and helpful. My technician Tracy does great work, and is so friendly. Love my nails every time.

Technicians are hurried and careless (they’ve actually drawn blood by nicking me with the cuticle clippers) and seem oddly reluctant to accommodate me when I point out that they’ve cut my toenails at a crooked angle. Consistently inconsistent — my experience here has been frustrating and perplexing leading me to wonder how much professional training these “technicians” have formally received.
