WORSE THAN AT&T + IRS My wife's client has a whole house of motorized solar mesh shades from the previous company, Timberland. The electricity went off in the house and now none of the shades operate. After calling all day and being transferred more than 10 times the young lady says they do not install or service their shades.
This company has reneged on a one year warranty in effect when blinds were purchased. A defect was discovered within the one-year. Timber wants to charge a $300 service charge just to come out to inspect the defect. This charge is not indicated in the original warranty, which they subsequently changed to a 30-day warranty. There's too much competition out there for companies to be so dishonest and treat customers this way. Buyer beware!
