Unfortunately I cannot recommend renting here because my dishwasher has been broken for MONTHS now and I just kept getting told " still waiting for corporate to approve, nothing we can do sorry." A true luxury apt would not provide poor customer service like this and repairs would be done properly and timely. This property had a fire about a year ago and I think they are trying to recover their profit losses still and are delaying expenses.

I have stayed in many apartments, some in Atlanta, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland and so on BUT Vista Wilde Lake Apartment is an exceptionally great design, beautiful and wonderful apartment. I have met with so many apartment leasing agent or apartment managers BUT Nzubechi Emerenini is an exceptionally brilliant, accommodating, extremely professional, wholesome and fantastic assistant manager. We have been living here for about 4 months (since Dec 2023) and have had a pleasant experience overall. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the amenities are very nice. We especially appreciate the lobby/clubhouse space and gym facilities. Our main complaint is that there is a random beeping sound from the Fire Pump room that we can hear clearly throughout our apartment.
