Been here for only a few months and there’s been an issue occurring every freaking month. Worse first apartment experience so far. Please listen to the reviews about the disorganized mail system. Packages are delivered wherever the carriers feel like, I’ve found packages in stairwells even. Even when your package isn’t even an Amazon package they will be delivered in an Amazon locker meaning you won’t have the code and don’t worry nobody in the rental office will be able to help you either! I’ve been a tenant here for some time and feel compelled to share my experience -particularly with the leasing office staff. Kendrick and the property manager, Sarah, have been deeply unprofessional. In all our time living here, we had never once seen Sarah — and her first interaction with us was to walk out mid-conversation, saying “you speak to your lawyers and I’ll speak to mine” completely unprovoked. We have been living here for about 4 months (since Dec 2023) and have had a pleasant experience overall. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the amenities are very nice. We especially appreciate the lobby/clubhouse space and gym facilities. Our main complaint is that there is a random beeping sound from the Fire Pump room that we can hear clearly throughout our apartment.
