Overall great experience after living here for 1.5 years, good location, felt safe and good neighborhood. I can always find parking and the maintenance team was always great and fast. Be aware that the elevator can be troublesome if you take it often, it is very slow for some reason and break down quite often. Also, I'd echo on others feedback on management, the vibe from new team feels off from when I signed on 1.5 years ago, I don't feel welcomed whenever I have questions or requests.

I had lived here for a few years and there are pros and cons. Unfortunately, the complex will always be noisy as it is on a popular street in a big city and the building staff can’t do much about that nor can they fix the parking issue, it’s just the way the building was built. I want to give a huge shout-out to Lili, the cleaning lady for the apartment complex at 299 West Gray. It's always a pleasure to see her around the property. She works tirelessly to keep the common areas spotless and looking great for all the residents. The lobby, hallways, and amenity spaces are always sparkling clean, and it makes a huge difference in the living experience here. Thank you, Lili, for your hard work and dedication!

I don't think can afford the apartments here but if you can, looks like a great place to live.
