Alta Vista Roofing replaced our roof this summer. Their initial estimate was done in the winter when our roof was covered in many feet of snow. When the snow finally melted, Dan inspected the roof, only to discover that the flashing around the 3 chimneys had been improperly installed 20 years ago, when the house was originally built. To make matters worse, one of the chimneys wasn’t installed correctly, which could have caused the roof to cave in or the stones to crash down over our deck.
