Park is rundown, and in need of MAJOR improvements. Out of town owner and 75 year old management goes hand in hand with the fact there is no water in th park on an average of three days a week, but that's ok. Half the time the sewers are backing up in everyones bathtubs. Might have been an ok place to stay if you worked on the dam in Boulder City, but it's a DUMP now and gettin worse..
