I have been meaning to leave a review for a while because i've been going to Alta Vista for close to 2 years now. I've gone to therapy on and off most of my life and I have to say, this is the most unique and welcoming clinic. I've had great therapists in the past also, but Alta Vista created an environment that feels like a little family and a safe place i can always come to. I’ve seen many different therapists and have been in many different offices. Alta Vista is a very comfortable environment to be in. The staff is so caring. They show genuine concern and compassion. Alta Vista Mental Health has really helped me out. The appreciation I have for them is beyond words. Highly recommend!
This office terminated me randomly in a middle of a sever mental break down . The office told me I could bring my child and they would talk to her too, well when i hsd a job interview they took this as means for termination of my counseling mind you you think they would be supportive no this didnt happen. Gloria left a 4 year old waiting 20 min she mislead me please go elsewhere if you can save yourself
I absolutely love Adam. Very professional. Very helpful. This place took me when everywhere else was quoting me a 6 month back log. They had me in for talk therapy in 2 weeks. Which was extremely helpful in getting me started back on my therapy journey. Very flexible and understanding when things come up.
