Very Professional. Very through with inspection and explanation of report. Inspectors took their time to inspect the house and di not rush through it. I will hire them again if I need them.
Riley was super kind, patient, and importantly, VERY thorough. He did a 1-year inspection on my new build and caught many things that were missed in my original pre-closing inspection. During the report walkthrough, he made sure to explain his findings in a way that was truly simple to understand. Riley has an impeccable eye for detail and I couldn’t recommend him more!
We needed a home inspection for our new build as we neared our 1 year warranty, and I came across Alta Vista. Our inspector, Riley, was phenomenal! He was so thorough and took the time to educate us about the ins and outs of our home.
