Upon first entering, I found no separate area to sit for people like me with a bad cough and yet to be diagnosed. It made me uncomfortable so I had to stand. Experience with professional staff was very good.
Walked in and explained what was going on, got checked out, and was prescribed antibiotics— fairly easy to receive the treatment I was looking for.
The staff were all great. From the reception, nurses and doctor. They were all more than capable and professional, they were caring and kind. You all have a good thing going for a lot of people when they need the kind of assistance you all are great at providing. Thanks for being that for us.
First thing in the morning this place was quiet. The doctor saw me and got me taken care of quickly. Love Alta view hospital and their caring staff.
