This eye clinic is very attractive. The staff welcomed me and helped with the paper work. I was very satisfied when the nurse took me to the exam room to prepare the doctor of my concerns. When Dr. Barnes came in he was extremely friendly, introducing himself and asking what my issues were. He listened and for that alone I was impressed. He examined my eyes and right away knew what the problem was. His bedside manner was wonderful as he explained what his finding had been. never never again "On November 17, 2014 we had a yearly eye exam. When we walked in I explained that I (Sharon Reeve) have diabetes and they bill medical insurance (Cigna) and Patrick's exam would be paid by EYE MED, same as last year. The receptionist informed us that they no longer bill Eye Med. I asked why, and her response shocked me. "Eye Med insurance is for places like Wal Mart". How arrogant of her to insinuate that the insurance my husband works hard to pay for isn't good enough for them. They billed Eye Med in Sept... read more
