I really loved my experience here with all the midwives . Holly was the midwife in charge of my Labor and delivery . She and the nurses were amazing, they respected my labor plan and were there to help me whenever I needed . After giving birth the nurses helped taking care of my baby at night so I could rest some and I really appreciate that . Thank you alta view clinic . I had an amazing experience❤️
Would not recommend Carlie Yearsley, only seen her for my very last prenatal apt on a Friday, when introducing herself she reasoned they save the best for last! She seemed to give off a very intervening approach, asked how things were I told her I’m basically just waiting for my water to break *as I’m in my last week* and she said oh that’s not gonna happen only 6% of women’s water break naturally and I told her I already experienced my water breaking on its own and she shrugged really? 5 stars for Holly Wharton! During one of the least comfortable and most vulnerable moments in most women’s lives, spread eagle on a table and catching a breeze, Holly ebbs the nervousness solely with her bubbly and fun personality. She’s great at distracting me from my nerves with conversation and jokes. I wasn't sure if I should do more or less stars than what I did. Full disclosure - I have never been to this clinic before. I called to get an appointment scheduled with the OB that saw me while I was hospitalized unexpectedly. My discharge paperwork and the provider also said that they wanted to see me back in 1-2 weeks after I was discharged. No big deal. I had a good experience with my first two kids here, but they have really just dropped the ball consistently since. From a sonographer saying incorrect things they shouldn’t and are not supposed to say to important appointments being cancelled last minute without a care in the world. Hearing back from your doctor and nurses takes an excessively long time. I would find a place that better prioritizes their patients.
