I wasn't sure if I should do more or less stars than what I did. Full disclosure - I have never been to this clinic before. I called to get an appointment scheduled with the OB that saw me while I was hospitalized unexpectedly. My discharge paperwork and the provider also said that they wanted to see me back in 1-2 weeks after I was discharged. No big deal. I had a good experience with my first two kids here, but they have really just dropped the ball consistently since. From a sonographer saying incorrect things they shouldn’t and are not supposed to say to important appointments being cancelled last minute without a care in the world. Hearing back from your doctor and nurses takes an excessively long time. I would find a place that better prioritizes their patients.
The only person I’d recommend here is Jennifer Zeer, she’s absolutely fabulous. Their other providers are horrid and unhelpful. I called to let them know I was running a little late and they wouldn’t take me… would’ve been nice to let me know over the phone so I didn’t waste 45 minutes to get to my appointment.
I have tried multiple times to set an appointment here and was completely ignored by staff after I had asked them to call within a certain time frame. They were extremely rude and I felt discriminated against because I am using a state voucher for my procedure. I asked the reception who just hung up on me how many times they had reached out and she lied, stating a nurse tried two days ago. This is the worst place ever. They are always loosing our paperwork, never get back to me. They never seem to know what’s going on. Terrible service.
