I love how they have guaranteed parking
I've lived here for half a semester and already signed for the next!! I love it here. The managers are amazing and super kind. They have helped me out with tons of stuff including after my car got totaled!! I love the environment and the free food Fridays!! I love the area and the Ward and the proximity to Porter park!! Really and truly love it here!!!

The apartments are very old and managment are not as helpful as someone wish for. The apartment management that live within the building is fine, however, the management that overlooks everything else is not the best at all. The rooms are crowded. We were living three people in a two people room. There is only one fridge to fit 5 people's food and when I got there the apartment was very dirty and smelly. They have a lot of room for improvement.
