The employees are incompetent, rude and ridiculously demeaning. If the staff treats people so poorly imagine how they will treat your pet. Dr. Huston was the only redeeming factor and now that she isn’t there I would literally go to any other vet besides Alta Veterinary Hospital.
I went in today for nail trim, I was handed back my dog with blood coming out of her nails. - they didn’t check to see if she was bleeding before giving her back, dew claws still not trimmed. The groomer’s excuse was my dog squirmed out of her vest. Ended up talking to the lady on the phone asking for a refund and she wanted to argue about how my dog didn’t hold still. Staff and Vets are caring and kind. They make you feel like they are part of your family
Alta Veterinary Hospital has taken great care of my pets for 35 years. They are wonderful, caring people.
Everyone is very friendly including Charlie. I loved the way the Doctor responded to Teddy, like he was his own.
