I have been at this E.V. apt for 41/2yrs.now and I must say it is the worst place yo rent. Management & maintance suck. Nothing ever gets done in a timely fashion. If I could rate it less than a 1 I definitely would. Can't hardly wait yo move. Anonymous in fear of retaliation. Very mean and rude ppl. Just saying and this is just my opinion, not slander.
Would not recommend to anyone to rent here, Work orders never get taken care of, rude employees that take advantage if low income families by threatening you with fines, and 50/50 chance of being exposed to second hand smoke in which they do nothing about.
It is a wonderful place to live in. Its peace n quiet, the people are really friendly, and it just makes you feel right at home. I luv it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
