Hidden charges and safety concerns Don't recommend. I never write a review for apartments but I think people should be warned of wrongful hidden charges. I was charged additional renter's insurance unknowingly because it was not on my statement. They send out a statement for a different amount than charged to my bank. Verified Renter Nice building with great amenities and friendly personnel. Not really soundproof, you can hear your neighbors pretty clear and the train that runs behind the building, even if you are on a high floor. The non-smoking policy is not followed, usually the hallways smell like Marihuana.

Horrible new management The new management company, Waterton is horribly unprofessional. They cant return phone calls or emails for months on end. Plenty of professionally managed high rises in south loop. Take your business elsewhere
