I love my unit and the cleanliness of the building. The gym is great and the staff is helpful. The cons are the package room is chaotic, the bowling allay never works, and the pool table is always dirty. Plus the pool sticks have no tips.
Pierre was amazing, I was sold on The Elle! Beautiful building and great neighborhood.
Nice building and accommodations. Weed smell can be an issue. If renewing your lease, expect an increase of $300-$500 based on mine and other residents. Not ideal for anyone looking to stay long term.
