This is a beautiful property with a full size gym and lots of social spaces. I love my sunny corner unit high in the sky.
Alta Roosevelt is absolutely fabulous, the luxurious amenities, quality support staff, it’s definitely quality living. I don’t miss my home in Burr Ridge!
My lease at Alta Roosevelt will be coming up in the next couple months, and I definitely plan to renew. I love Alta Roosevelt for the amenities including a beautiful pool deck with cabanas, a state of the art gym with weekly fitness classes, and fenced-in turf field for the pup. It is conveniently located near most train lines, making it an ideal location to live! Picture of my puppy at the turf field included for tax.
Alta Roosevelt is a beautiful building. The amenities and apartment interiors are thoughtfully designed. And I love everything about the layout of my studio. The staff is super nice, and I love the trainers who lead classes every week. My only concern is that the amenities close a bit early in the evening, but otherwise I'm happy with the experience I have had using them. Last, I'll say that the location can't be beat. Alta is an amazing place to live! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and the amenities alone are worth it. The staff is super friendly, caring, responsive and helpful. It's nice and quiet with regard to street noise, which is nice for downtown Chicago.
This building is amazing! I’ve only lived here for a month and I absolutely love it. Fantastic amenities, great place to entertain! Feels like living in a hotel. All of the residents are so nice and the staff is very helpful and responsive! The apartments are all super updated with great modern finishes and floor to ceiling windows all the way around. Super walkable to the loop and even west loop! Would highly recommend living here, great value for the money.
I love living at ALTA. The amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone. Great location!!
