Buyers and Sellers Beware! Kathy Runyan of Alta Realty represents the Sellers in an active transaction I am currently involved in. Despite verbally, and in writing, committing her sellers to the sale of the property, Kathy has refused to move forward, citing other offers that occurred after the agreement.
