Been here about a year and have been really impressed overall. I had heard horror stories about Greystar in general but this building seems to be an exception to the norm. Apartments are generally high quality and any maintenance requests have been handled really fast. Front desk staff is friendly and easy to get a hold of. Amenities are in generally good condition and the building is well-kept. Location is mellow, family-friendly, and sunny! I do wish we didn’t have to use Latch for apartment and elevator access but it’s a ... read more

I've been a resident at Alta Potrero since they opened up back in 2020 and have been very pleased with my experience. Great central location that is very walkable to many restaurants, bars, the waterfront and several fun neighborhoods. I feel safe living here. The units themselves are modern, well designed. I live in a studio that gets beautiful sunlight, has a nice outdoor patio that opens up to the 3rd floor terrace with lots of greenery.
