Had a great experience at Alta Potrero up until moving out. We vacated our apartment, received our final statement with details of the security deposit we would receive back, but now almost 2.5 months later we've still received nothing. No amount of back and forth over email, phone calls that just ring out, sending letters, or even going in and talking to the staff has helped with getting our money back. Nobody seems to care. Right now, I'm working on a lawsuit to try and get what we're owed returned.

I moved in here in May to an apartment on the 7th floor, directly under the roof. Within days noted a severe reaction and eventually connected the dots I was having a reaction to mold that I have a severe allergy to, and had flagged during the showing asking if there was ever water damage and was told not to their knowledge.
