Just thought Alta would like to know they have done a very good job by having someone like Thaxton as one of their technicians. Not only was he very thorough, he also brought peace of mind explaining the products being that we have small children in our home. Because of Thaxton I think I will have to keep Alta around for years to come . Thanks again Thaxton

We had an excellent experience with our exterminator Xavier. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected our Airbnb property, explained the treatment process, and addressed our concerns with confidence and care. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and effec... read more

I really like this place I think it was Robert, who came by last time. The guys are always respectful And understanding that it’s hard for me to get to the door sometimes. The customer portal is amazing. You even get a picture of your technician. I found that really be beneficial for safety. Most of all, I hate bugs and I can’t believe it took me 10 years to get a service, but I’m really happy.

Both of them were so nice, polite, answered all my question, showed up within ten minutes of when the text said they’d be here, and just exceptional workers. I appreciated that they explained everything they were doing and what they had to come back to do because of all the rain we had today. They brus... read more
